Alicia Roebuck is a Recruitment leader, Career coach, Content developer and Career development enthusiast.  Alicia has been creating career development content since 2014 when she established, Confident Career Women Inc.  Since then, she has delivered content to students and adults focused on developing a career plan and ways of executing on that path.  Alicia is currently leading Diversity Recruiting for the largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company in the world.  Prior to this, she was  a Product Leadership Candidate Experience lead for a Global Technology company focused on  helping people connect, find communities and grow businesses.  Before she worked in the tech space, Alicia spent more than 11 years working in recruitment for CPG/Retail entities as well as supporting Media entities in understanding who is viewing their content across all platforms and what products consumers were purchasing.

In 2020, Alicia launched her coaching career with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).  Alicia Roebuck’s purpose is to make corporate opportunities more available through skill based and inclusive hiring programs as well as train and coach persons on the skills and tools needed to find and sustain a fulfilling career.

Alicia Roebuck is a West Philadelphia native, born and raised in the Mill Creek neighborhood.  Alicia attended the Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr for grades K-12 and went on to graduate from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University’s 5 year MBA program.  She also studied abroad at Shanghai University in Shanghai China during her MBA studies.  Alicia currently lives in West Philadelphia and is an active member in her community.
